  11. I'm wondering if anyone has C or C++ code for managing height-balanced 
  12. binary trees.  I've got the algorithms laying around here, but am hoping I 
  13. won't have to write the code to do them if someone else already has.  Any 
  14. pointers or benevolent coders who have already done it and don't mind 
  15. sharing?
